Simply Rumtastic

My mother gave me this awesome Rum Cake recipe which is super easy and super fun to make!  She made it for our 4th of July get together and it was a big hit.   So I thought I would give it a try and it turned out FANTASTIC!  I love the flavor and how simple it is to make.   Here is the recipe in case you want to give it a try yourself.
STEP ONE:
Heat oven to 325 degrees

Spray pan with Pam cooking spray(or your cooking spray of choice) and sprinkle nuts in the bottom of the pan.

STEP TWO:
Place the following in your mixer then mix for two minutes:

Cake Mix
Dry Vanilla Pudding Mix
Rum
Vegetable Oil
Beat eggs then add to mixture
Water

STEP THREE:
Carefully pour mixture into your baking pan and bake for 55 minutes.

STEP FOUR:
Puncture small holes all over the cake.  In a small saucepan put all your glaze ingredients and let come to a boil.  Then slightly turn down the heat and stir in saucepan for three minutes.

STEP FIVE:
Pour glaze all over the cake and let cake sit for 30 minutes.

STEP SIX:
You will then take a plate and place on top of your cake and flip the cake onto your cake plate.

Your done!   YUMMY!
