How To Set A Proper Place Setting

Have you ever been put in a formal dining situation and you were sitting there looking at the silverware wondering “What fork do I use?”  Well this is a common experience for many of us.  I was recently asked by one of my youtube viewers to do a video on how to properly dine at a proper place setting.  I am by no means a etiquette guru but my mother did take me to a dining etiquette class when I was a teenager.  Plus, over the years I have had the experience to attend a variety of functions where a proper place setting was used.
