Are you looking for a quick, easy and absolutely refreshing dessert this spring? I love making this dessert for my husband and I. It is filled with flavor but not too rich or heavy, which makes it the best spring time dessert. It takes simply 5 minutes to create this masterpiece of joy! I love this recipe because you can also make it ahead of time, which is great for those spring dinner parties. I hope you will give it a try for your family and friends.
So what is your favorite spring time dessert? Please let me know in the comments below. Have a beautiful day!
In a parfait glass crumble (in large chunks) half of the slice of pound cake and place in the bottom of the glass. Then slice each strawberry into 4 parts and layer a spoonful on top of the pound cake.
TIP: Parfait glasses are a great staple to have in your collection of glassware. They are very versatile when it comes to food presentation and gives you a lot of beautiful options when it comes to making your desserts and meals look amazing.
Take half of the lemon yogurt and layer on top of the strawberries. Repeat this layering process until you fill the glass.
Top off the dessert with crumbled pound cake and a strawberry wedge. Keep in refrigerator until ready to serve.
