QUICK TIP: Planner For The Non-Planner

Today I wanted to share with you a quick tip.  I truly love my planners.  They keep me on top of things and I really enjoy using them.  Not everyone enjoys pre-planning and keeping calendars etc.  Then there are individuals who want to keep a planner, but struggle with being dedicated to maintaining one.  Today I share with you a wonderful way to resolve that issue if you are not a person who likes to use a planner or calendar.  I hope you enjoy the video and find it helpful.

This is an awesome tip. I’ve been having a really hard time keeping up with a planner. I’ve actually have started to do bullet journaling. It’s been okay this past few weeks but we’ll see how that goes. I think this is simple and to the point which sounds more like me! Thank you! 🙂

  2. Lou Ann says:

  8. Dawn Thomas says:

I like the planning pad. I usually use an organizer but on some days I think this would work too. I’m a visual person and I like how you can see everything on the same page.

Love this idea. I mostly use the computer’s calendar, notes and projects app as I’m always losing my notebooks and so a notebook planner would sometimes be forgotten at home. I do like this idea of planning my day of to do’s. Seems like if you write it down, you are more apt to do it. With the computer app sometimes you have to remember what you named the file and which app it was in!

  21. Michelle says:

I prefer the planner pad. I like the idea of a full planner but I know me. It can sometimes be overwhelming for m

Hope to win this pad, its quite pretty and quite girlie feminine. I love the things you pick up. You have such wonderful taste!

  37. Sam Schaefer says:

This is the cutest little note pad that I’ve seen in a long time! Where can I get one?

  38. Iyshwarya says:

I use a Filofax and always end up with little bits of info written on random notepads and paper! That notepad is perfect, covers all the todos! Wish it was available in Ireland! 🙂

I have seen one of those before and I thought it was a great idea so you can everything in mind right in front of you – that way I won’t forget anything. Thanks for having the giveaway.

Great idea! We don’t have those where I live, but I think it’s an easy DIY project – maybe not as colorful, it will empty my cartridges in no time :))

I love this idea, I use to be a fanatic about planning and keeping a planner but I just got tired of carrying that bulky leather planner in my purse. This is a great way of keeping up, keeping it simple and still do everything I need to do. Great Idea… congrats to the winner I am not and if I am not I am going to make my own pages. Thanks for the idea and God Bless.

Pleas enter me in the giveaway!
    Thanks, Candy

Every January I purchase a planner but I never look at it everyday. Thank you for the tips. I would like to try the pad maybe that will work out better. Thank you for another great tip.

  54. Paula Sellers says:

I actually like both ideas. I would use them in different ways. My planner I would use on-the-go and the pad I would leave at home in my office so that I can do more home management. I will look for the pad for my husband, though. He is not a planner by any stretch of the word! I have tried but he says he has everything in his head. However, the problem is that being a pastor, sometimes he has too much in his head and begins to ask me what he was suppose to do! LOL!!! But I guess that is why we are together…thank God. LOL!

  55. Brenda says:

I love planners, but don’t always keep up with them. I am loving this idea though. Love that it has many sheets to it and love the simplicity of it, but can keep one organized.

  56. Radi says:

Loved the planner……so pretty, looks very functional, and something simple enough that I can use it everyday.

  57. Freda says:

I tried to make my own about a year ago but didn’t have a computer software that would please me. I had no idea this was already invented! LOL! Very clever idea…if I do say so myself, lol.

  58. Kay says:

Though I keep a planner for my family, my youngest daughter homeschooling and myself…I always make to do lists for the children and myself each day. 🙂 I love the beauty of the one you are sharing!! So orderly!! 😉 I order my planner with these divisions…but now my daily lists. LOVE IT!! Thanks Nikki!! k

  59. Melanie says:

  65. Sonya Howard says:

I really need these planner and pads. I am a work at home mom of 2 91 with Down Syndrome). I also run 2 businesses. My life is so hectic and it is hard to keep my life in order. I admire you so much! You are a great role model to young business women!

  66. Lisa says:

I prefer to use small journals to keep my to-do lists. I try to use a calendar/planner every year, but for some reason it never quite works out! 🙂

  67. Jeanene Crowley says:

Love your website and Youtube channel! I tried to leave a comment on the giveaway site and I must have done something wrong. Oh well, as long as you know I entered! Thank you!

  68. Jennifer says:

Hi Nikki, You have been a Huge inspiration to me. I just showed my mother some of your video’s today, to help her out as well. Neither of us currently use planners ( though I have in the past) this pad would be great to get me back in the swing of things.

  69. Margaret says:

I like both, but use a regular planner more for work purposes.

  70. Hope says:

    Great idea. Simply and easy!

  71. Alison Zappia says:

Thank you for all your wonderful posts, You bring a great blessing to my life with your beautiful organisational ideas. I prefer an Organisational Pad, it is easy to view at at glance.

  72. Kathy says:

I am not a very organized person so this would be great sitting beside my computer. I usually take a cup of coffee and go through my emails first thing in the morning and this would be a great help to organize my day.

  73. Nina O says:

I love having both. The pad can be so convenient when heading out to the store or when running errands. It keeps all of your to do’s accessible and within reach. I do love the planner as well because it allows even more space to record, and prep for the days ahead

  77. Sally says:

Another great tip Nikki. I’ve tried a few of these pads but struggle to find one that covers everything. This ones awesome. I love all the little different areas including the thought if the day. Much nicer than scraps of paper….beautiful colours too

  78. Janice says:

I do prefer a planner, but currently don’t have the planner of my dreams. I love the idea of this type of pad. I have something similar, but it doesn’t have all the features of this one. Thank you so much for the chance to win this cute pad! 🙂

  79. Cynthia says:

I would prefer a regular planner but sometimes get lost in time with a heavy work schedule and not much personal time. However, I could see the benefit of this little pad in an attempt to try and stay more focused on other things as well. TYFS Nikki Hugz

  80. Kelly says:

Love the colors and simplicity of this!

  81. Wendy says:

I use a calendar religiously but not a planner. Instead I have notes, lists, post-it’s that I use on a daily basis. This planning pad would work perfectly in conjunction with my calendar that does a pretty good job organizing 4 children and 2 adults.
