Erin Condren Planner Styles & Giveaway
I had the wonderful opportunity to share the three different types of Life Planners that Erin Condren offers. I am a fan of the Erin Condren planners and have been using them for the past three years. I love that they offer the flexibility with their designs to fit a variety of planning styles. In the video below I share with you the three different styles of planner along with announcing a wonderful giveaway. I hope you will enjoy!

Nikki really helped me get organized. My boyfriend has a little case of OCD so I really had to adjust when we moved in together and I have to say Nikki “got me right”. I love planners and the vertical one looks really cool

As a senior in college, last year I decided to invest in a planner to make my senior year a little less stressful. Before I invested in a planner I depended on my cell phone all the time making notes and plan things. I must say the horizontal planner that I bought from Target has been a lifesaver. I would love to win a horizontal planner from Erin Conden because it will fit my needs and I know it will be a little more advance than the current planner I have.

My favorite planners are the ones that are extremely cute it makes me 10x more excited to write and plan with it, I also like when they give a lot of writing room and useful things in the beginning and end of planner like multiplication chart, states, etc

I’ve always wanted one of these planners!! I love how they can be customized to you and your family needs. I loved your idea of having the verticle one to jot down the meal plan for each day. I like the vertical set up, mainly because I think it’d be perfect for putting in homeschool plans for my toddlers, and also for the many appointments for the kids. As a mom of two toddlers and a newborn, a planner like this is much needed… I get so scatter brained, I need order!! (Lol). I am so thankful to have found your videos Nikki, you have motivated me to better myself and my home for my family♥

Previous 2 years I used vertical EC planners. This year I decided to order a horizontal one to try out but unfortunately the erincondren website system could not accept my order, so this year I am without the planner. Hope to win, any type, doesn’t matter )))

I used to really be in love with the vertical but as a teacher I think the hourly would be really helpful. In my current system Ive been trying to input hours. I never knew Erin Condrin already had one. Very informative video!

I used to have a planner years ago for my salon , but then i got sick ( a massive tumour ) so about 4 years i have just been getting better , but this year i feel is my year to tart getting back in to life and just motivate myself , so i have been using a planner again i used a day /hourly filofax pages in my own note book , and now i have just started to decorate it , i was looking at the Erin Condren ones and fell in love with them but they are just so pricey for me being i live in the UK i love the Hourly

Just started using a planner this year, I prefer the vertical layout. For 2015 I’ve been using The Day Designer in the hourly format for at home sewing projects and The Kate spade for on the go. Now that I know more about different planner layouts I hope to get the Erin Condren vertical layout for 2016.
After reviewing your video, I think the hourly planner would fit my needs. This planner would truly keep me organized for my 3 kids appts, important dates and events occurring in my family’s lives. Thank you for this awesome giveaway

I love the Erin Condren planners, especially the vertical design. Currently I am using a makeshift DIY planner because the EC ones are a bit out of my price range, but I still love the planners’

I’m inspired & hope to meet you one day, even if it means sending you a plane ticket. I would loooove to try the EC brand planners! I could see myself using all three styles because I’m a home executive with a house of 11, 2 parents and 9 kids. I’m so busy with homemaking, appointments like for doctors and such, and homeschooling the 3 youngest that I have 3 different calendars up on my walls for each category and I haven’t bought a planner for this year yet. These planners look great…Ill probably take the horizontal. After finding a job, I would like to use it to start tracking expenses and get out of debt.

I’m so in love with your videos, I been a subscriber for a while and when I see the notifications I’m watching. I always wanted a planner because especially when you you have to travel back and forth taking my son to see Bone marrow transplant Dr’s back in 2010 but he still goes just for checkupsappointments, it gets hecked trying to remember the day and times… The style planner I love is the vertical style planner.

I’ve been dying to get my life squared away and organized. I’ve never used a planner and this could possibly be the answer to my chaotic life! LOL So I guess I don’t have a preference because I’ve never used one before.
I love the vertical planner style because I can leave notes to myself if I get my water and fitness in during the day I can jot that down. I like carrying one planner versus 2, I tried that and it just didn’t work for me. I ended up using one more than the other. I’ve never tried Erin Condren.

I am a fan of horizontal planners. I usually have more than one thing I need to do each day and the horizontal allows me to see what I need to do so that I can cross it off my to do list for the day.

Horizontal for home and vertical at school(work)
Hi Nikki! Thank you for this great giveaway! I used an EC last year and loved the vertical layout. Getting into planning has really helped to keep me organized.
I would love to try the hourly for a long time! It is just not in my budget currently!

I am such a planner…been that way since I was a child…the whole “planner community” and fancy pplaners are new to me however. I think the EC planners are beautiful but I can’t make up my mind between the vertical or hourly 🙂

Typically i always pick a horizontal planner but i thin the vertical would allow me to have a work, house and family sections. Those planners are beautiful.

I’ve never tried the Erin Condren planners, I used to use the Franklin Covey years ago. If I were to pick, I would probably go with the hourly planner, as that is what I need right now based on my schedule.

My favorite planner style is the horizontal. There are five in our family, so I usually have much to write in my planner. I also like to be creative; adding stickers, quotes, and such, throughout my planner. The themed stickers for each month would be great to have for my planner. I like all the extras Erin Condren has.

I have been watching your youtube channel for a while but just found out about your blog! I have tried a vertical in a similar planner but it didn’t work as well for me. I’m thinking an hourly would be my best bet. It would keep me from over booking my day but keep me accountable to my top 5 tasks for the day.
I am a recent college graduate and this planner is definitely something that would help with keeping me organized while tackling grad school applications and job applications, interviews, etc. I prefer the hourly format.

I like them all but the horizontal planner is my favorite.
All three planner formats are great. The hourly format would be most useful for me. I am an attorney who provides free legal services to individuals with low incomes, so there is a great deal of planning (and juggling rapidly shifting priorities) in my work.
I have been interested in a planner because I like to be organized. In fact I find it next to impossible to accomplish anything without some form of order; it makes my mind feel frazzled and chaotic. I usually just use notebooks but the hourly planner sparked my interest because it’s designed to improve productivity and I want to be accountable for my time.
I think the vertical would best suit me. I’ve always wanted an Erin Condren planner. Thx for the opportunity to win one.

I never tried the Erin Condren planner, no spiral planners, actually, but I love the fact that you can personalize them. The interchangeable covers are a great idea.

I use to work as a rehabilitation counselor, now I am running three businesses and building a non-profit. I definitely could use some help keeping my schedule organized. I am really wanting to try the hourly layout!
I bought a planner at Staples because I liked the paisley cover which was protected from damage and because I liked the format. I found out later after watching YouTube videos that it was an Erin Condren. I realized after watching Nikki’s video it has a vertical format. I now wish I could had all three formats. I would use the horizontal one for work (in my case job searching), the vertical one for housework (since I think it would work perfectly for menu planning and grocery shopping), and the one for what I refer to as non-work (all those time consuming things like doctor and dental appointments, special events, birthdays that don’t fall under work or housework and those things that get lost in transition if I have just one combined planner). Thank you for letting me know about all the other formats and how to customize them. Because I bought my original Erin Condren planner at Staples, I never realized you
Thank you for letting telling us what customizations are available. Since I bought the original at Staples, I didn’t know other customization s were available. I always wondered how you customized your Erin Condren planner. I didn’t know you could order customizations directly from the company.
I love the look and usefulness of the vertical planner. I have a one year old, so I can’t always count on being able to do an hourly schedule (though I would love to get to the point where I can), but with the vertical – I love that you can at least have an idea for the day.

I recently began watching Nikki@home. I enjoy the organizing videos. I love Nikki’s designs. I am looking forward to using the canva.com for decorating my household I really need a home planner to organize and develop more consistent routines. I was also considering how to create a fitness planner. I agree with Nikki, for home planners, I would use the horizontal style and the section at the bottom for menu planning.
I’m obsessed with EC stationery. I used the vertical planner last year for University and at home tasks. This year I am just getting into the professional working field and would love to try the EC Hourly Life Planner. ORGANIZATION IS LIFE!!!!
My previous comment I said I prefer the horizontal. I actually meant the vertical for menu planning in the bottom section. I would use the vertical planner for home. If I had a business or taking classes, I would use the hourly planner. Nikki, love your home organizing ideas and tips.

The type of planner I like, depends on what I’m using it for. I.e. work vs personal, but I tend to go towards Horizontal styles more.

I love all Erin Condren planners. I used to use hourly planners (they are very common here in Brazil). But, for this year I bought a horizontal planner from last year and I am loving it. Gosh, I would love that vertical planner! I’m always trying to get into a planner life, but never seem to find one that works. My life is a little chaotic right now so I could really use it, LOL! My family is in the midst of a move and staying with my parents while we search and I’m transitioning from being a working mom to a stay at home mom (with all the work that comes with it)! Life is crazy, but loving it!

I love both the horizontal and the hourly planners. Sometimes I have things that don’t require a specific time. I love the order of the hourly because I do like to assign times to the day. I think my favorite is the hourly.

Hi, I’m a college student but I’m really into beauty, DIY, hair, and decor videos on Youtube(when I get free time) and randomly found your channel some time last year. When I first found your channel I was in love, but felt it was virtually impossible to be able to recreate any of this while in school,. But you did you video on decorating a college dorm and /i was determined to use some of those tips and tricks in any way possible. Since my room is pretty small and I’m always on the go I have been able to use some of your ideas in other parts of my family home that would be to much in the little room I stay in. However your videos have my planning out what I will do once I graduate college(two years to go) and live in an off-campus apartment. I am definitely a vertical girl 🙂 I would love to try the hourly planner as I’m working full time and at university full time as well as looking after my 4 year old son…. I really think the hourly will help me prioritize using a scheduled approach 🙂 good luck everyone and thanks Nikki!! x

I have a FC classic that I have used for years. It is a weekly, I have tried dailies and they were to big, but I need lots of room to write my to do lists.
I love your planner videos and they way you set them up and use them. I have always used the horizontal [planners, but am open to the vertical ones at this point in my life. LOVEEEE the teal planner best.
