My Personal Home Goods Organization

One of my favorite places in my home is what I have always called my “Personal Home Goods”.  It is where I find all of serving pieces.  When we purchased this house, I immediately called dibs on this space.  I knew it would be perfect for all my home gems.  Who needs that much space in a coat closet anyways!

My Organization Method

In this space, I knew I wanted to keep it white and bright with touches of warmth with rich espresso colored baskets.  The baskets store a variety of items such as napkins, napkin rings. table cards, salt and pepper shakers and all those little entertaining gems.

I store the items by style as follows:

Silver Pieces

Holiday Pieces

Trays

White Dishware

This allows me to keep my shopping under control be because I don’t allow myself to purchase any other items once the closet is full.  I must be content or purge and pass it on to be a blessing to someone else.
