DIY MODERN BATHROOM UPGRADE

This post is sponsored by The Home Depot.

If you know me you know that I have a love for classic black. Typically this love would be for that perfect little black dress, my classic black handbag or the black planner that I keep by my side at all times. Friends, I have a new love in my classic black family. This new love is my matte black bathroom faucet and accessories. I was introduced to the Pfister Venturi Matte Black bathroom line by The Home Depot and immediately was drawn to its beauty. I have never had black faucets before and now I can’t see myself with any other finish.

My previous faucet in my office bathroom was a standard, builders grade faucet. It really had no character or style. When I pulled the Pfister Venturi Matte Black faucet out of the box and placed it next to my current faucet I knew that my bathroom sink was getting ready to come to life. Remember, bathroom faucets can vary in style so make sure you pick the perfect one to finish off your bathroom!

Installation was simple and quick which was perfect for me. I tend to get so excited when I upgrade my space and want immediate results. I’ve also been looking at some Marble Vanity Units since I think one would look great in my bathroom. I haven’t got round to buying one yet though. A kid at Christmas has nothing on me when it comes to being impatient. Remember, for plumbing jobs, bring in the professionals – someone like plumbers Tucson.

The pop-up drain stopper is so convenient, and I love the simple design. With a simple push, it closes and opens. My previous stopper was such an eyesore. The design of the Pfister faucet allows my faucet to maintain a very modern look by eliminating the need for a drain bar. You never really think about these things until you are deep into a project, but it makes a huge difference.

Once the sink was installed, I was excited to get all the other accessories installed to finish off my bathroom. In no time I had a new door hanger, toilet paper holder, and towel bar. My bathroom looks instantly changed from the year 1998 to the year 2017.

Each time, I snapped a piece in place I was beaming with DIY pride. It is so rewarding when you put the effort into upgrading your space yourself. Not only can you save money, create memories and ensure quality installation you get the reward of knowing that you put a lot of love into your space. So if you’re planning on trying your hand at some different DIY projects around your house, make sure you visit DIY construction websites and stock every nail or screw you’ll ever need for any projects in the future!
