Decorating Trends To Chairish!

I just love looking at the new design trends for home design. The current trends do not always fit my desired look for my home, but it is nice to see what designers are working with each year.

So I wanted to share some of the 2013 design trends that I am seeing in home magazines, online and on design shows. With the revival of certain trends such as midcentury modern, boho, rustic and more, we are seeing a cross over in the trends to create an eclectic style which, if done right, can look amazing. The best way to achieve this is to keep the tones the same, for example, if you have warm wood within your furniture, go for warm metallics and tones within your accessories to tie it in together. The best part about this style of decor is that you never have to compromise on an item for fear that it won’t “go”. You can easily pair a neon sign from somewhere like Neon Mama with victorian furniture.
