It is no secret that I have a love for white dishware. White dishes just keep it so simple when it comes to your home. They are so versatile because you can use them daily or when you are hosting special events at your home. One thing that I love about white dishes is that they make your food look beautiful! In my recent YouTube video, I share my tips on shopping for white dishware, maintaining white dishware and why I feel that they are key to have in your home.

I am also very excited to announce a giveaway where I am going to put together a white dish collection for one of you, my friends.   I will choose a winner and then I will send you a beautiful selection of white dishes that has been hand picked by me.   CLICK HERE to enter the giveaway.  Good luck friends!  -Nikki

Note: The dishes pictured are my personal dishes. These are not the white dishware included in the giveaway.

I hope you all had a wonderful Fourth Of July.  We really had a beautiful and relaxing day with great friends.  I put together a quick and simple tablescape this year on my back porch.  I was excited to share with you how it turned out.  My friend Kaye who just recently moved to Charleston made the macaroni and cheese that you see featured in the video below.  It was so very delicious.  She did a video about it on her channel which is CookingWithKaye.   I hope you enjoy seeing my tablescape and Fourth Of July meal.

Summer is here!  Seems like we were just celebrating the start of Spring.  Time goes by so very fast.  Before you know it, we will be back to Fall.  So my friend Melanie from the YouTube channel Living Luxuriously For Less and I decided to team up again.  We wanted to each do a video sharing our top three favorite items for entertaining outdoors.  I hope you will enjoy the video and have a great start to your summer!

The Video

If you watched the video I posted this week on my Sunday Brunch you would have seen the Queen Bee place cards that I made.  These were so very simple to do and extremely inexpensive.  Only cost me $1.00 to make six cards!  Can’t beat that!
The punch that I used for this project is from Stampin Up.  Not sure if they still sell this on their site.  Michael’s Art’s and Crafts along with other craft stores sell amazing punches that would also get the job done.
I just fell in love with these cards when I saw them in Michael’s Arts n Crafts store.  The were in the dollar section.  I got all 6 cards for $1.00.  They also had the cards in different colors such as purple and hot pink.  The embossed “Queen Bee” is so beautiful and great quality!

I hope that everyone had a wonderful holiday!  I so enjoyed my time with my family.  I wanted to share with you a update from my last blog post on how I was planning to serve all my family breakfast in bed on Christmas morning.  Well it went so well!  They truly enjoyed it and my husband and I had such a wonderful time putting it together.  Here are some pictures of how some of their trays turned out.  Hope you will enjoy!  Nikki
So today I shared how I plan on serving Christmas breakfast to my guest this year.  I think this is going to be so fun and a great way to spoil my guest.  I also completed a video (which is below) on how I prepared for the upcoming breakfast.

Nothing Like Room Service!

DIY’S:  Room Service Card & Tray

In order to have my “Breakfast In Bed” go off without a hitch I needed to complete two diy’s.  One being my room service card.  This was placed on all my guest doors for them to chose the items they wanted for Christmas breakfast.  The tray is a $2.00 (plus paint) diy!  Check out to video to see what it actually is!

The Guest Rooms

So we have all of our guest ready for their visit!  Here are all the rooms, ready for our guest to arrive.  I just love my diy room service cards.
